The Trader Joe’s blend is made with beans sourced from the Sweet Unity Farms, a co-op of 200 small family farms in Tanzania and La Ceiba, collective of more than 40 indigenous Poqomam farmers from Palin, Guatemala. The blend is a dark roast of Caturra and Bourbon beans. In addition to this, it also contains notes of Dark Roast Cacao nibs, Toasted Pecans, and Dried Figs.
